Introduction

Welcome to MadamG.ai (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide a platform connecting Customers seeking beauty services with independent Beauticians offering such services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

User Roles

• Customers: Individuals booking beauty services via the Platform.
• Beauticians: Independent professionals who provide beauty services through the Platform.

Beauticians are not employees or agents of MadamG.ai. We only act as an online marketplace.

Account Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Information provided must be accurate and updated.

Use of Services

• Customers may browse, book, and pay for beauty services.
• Beauticians may create profiles, list services, set pricing, and accept bookings.
• All communication and transactions should take place through the Platform.

Payments

• Customers agree to pay service fees at the time of booking.
• Beauticians receive payouts after services are completed, subject to our commission/fees.
• We use third-party payment processors. By transacting, you agree to their terms.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined by the Beautician but must comply with our platform rules. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

Responsibilities

Customers: Must provide accurate booking details and treat Beauticians respectfully.

Beauticians: Must deliver services professionally and maintain hygiene, safety, and punctuality.

Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Platform for illegal activities.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Circumvent the booking/payment process outside the Platform.

Disclaimer

MadamG.ai does not guarantee the quality of services provided by Beauticians. We are not liable for disputes between Customers and Beauticians. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
